TGI Friday’s

Had a first time waitress who did not know the special or the menu. We started with drinks, stella draft, house Merlot and Pinot Grigio, a slushy and a coke. After 17 minutes, the waitress came back to announce they didn’t have a house Pinot Grigio. So my wife changed her order to another Stella draft. Two beers came first, and I asked about Happy Hour Specials, and why the Stella drafts were not served in the signature Stella glasses. Our server then retrieved what I thought to be the bartender, who informed us that TGIF was recently purchased by a conglomerate that ended the 2 for 1 happy hour and instructed them not to use the company Stella glasses they received. He then retrieved a case of 6 Stella company glasses and gave them to us announcing they would never use them anyway. Our meals came out 15 minutes later by two other servers and were decent except for the French Onion soup… tasted either canned or had been cooking all day long, very salty and and dark. Prices seemed a little high, service was slow, and the Manager passed our table 3 times and did not ask how our meal was. Will not be back, Chili’s is across the street and Ruby Tuesday is also.

Good service, descent food but too well vodka doubles for 28 bucks. This is a joke. I will never come here again and hope they close down. Not surprised that place is always dead.

Excellent service! Everything was cooked exactly as ordered. Even our drinks from the bar were prepared and brought to our table quickly. I realize this area has been in slow decline for years. Many of the restaurants have closed down or changed hands. This Friday’s is still very consistent. I just wish it was a little closer, we would go there more often.

I love this place. Every time we dine in the service is good and the staff is friendly. The only problem is when we order to go. We order to go often and we order the same things. Every time, there is something wrong with our order that we don’t notice until we are home. (ie: wrong salad dressing, they didn’t add extra pecans that we asked for, forgot to add an ingredient that belongs in the salad, ect,)

I prefer to dine outside of chain «Fern Bars» like this, but a friend is a big fan.
For starters, I don’t think I can ever give more than 3 stars for the food at any «happy hour» focused joint these days? My apologies…
So much frozen fare and stuff pre-​cooked elsewhere and just heated here?
Still, I have always found that TGIF is much better than Chili’s or Applebee’s.
But that tasty Jack Daniels glaze? It deserves 5 stars alone.
It can turn most any tepid C+ dish into a very humble A-​.
So if you enjoy a decent frozen-​food, happy hour chain bar?
For me, this is as good as any establishment of this sort could ever hope for…

We were pleasantly surprised by the good food, and good service. We received a coupon in the mail, and since we hadn’t been to a TGI Friday’s in a while, we gave it another try.
We each ordered a combo dinner. I had ribs and chicken wings — the ribs were really good, and the sauce was tasty with a little spice. Wings were a step above average, and of nice size.
The price for draft beer are very reasonable, and they keep it cold!
We have coupons for February and March as well, and we will use them!

This location needs to work on their take out system. They are slow or not around when you go in. Also French fries are way to salty. Food is mediocre. Better then Leroy Sermons

Once again, our most frequent spot when there is no time or energy to make dinner. The restaurant on Tyrone is the one we go to. I had a Cobb salad which was large and very good! My youngest had his usually, the kids mac and cheese.
The service was excellent and the prices are very affordable. They always have tables available so there’s never a wait. We keep going back, we like it.

Wow this was bad food. We ordered the sesame chicken strips app, parmesan chicken entrée and bourbon barrel chicken entrée with mac n cheese and steak fries. Literally everything was gross and borderline unedible. The app was covered in a really strong sweet/​bitter sauce that was not at all palettable. The parmesan chicken was chewy and wet. The bourbon chicken was dry but otherwise tasted the best of anything (entirely because of the butter). The mac n cheese was actually buttered penne noodles with shredded parmesan, not great, very bland. The steak fries we took one bite of and spit it out, they were wet (?!) and had an otherwise gross taste.
Should we mention that the service was horrible too? This was an EXPENSIVE waste of time.

We go to TGIF’s every so often and always have a solid meal. With their loyalty program we are always getting some really good BOGOs so it is worth the trip. No complaints about the service, they are always prompt and attentive. This time we were in the try the new burgers. Oh My! They are not for the faint of heart for sure but they are pretty darn good. If you are planning to get one I would steer clear of an app as the burger is quite a mouth full ! I had the Smoked Stacked Burger with Beer braised sausage & onion, Asian & cheddar between two hickory smoked burgers… Some really good flavors with the BBQ and ranch. Very heavy meal but good. I didn’t give it 5 as it is a chain and the choices seem to be pretty common fair with restaurants in this market.

Good food, good friendly service, fair prices I love the salmon. burgers are good and the place is clean.

3 stars for the drink prices and bar atmosphere
For the longest time I thought TGI Fridays were going out of business yet every time we drove by the restaurant had cars in the parking lot. Anyway, we decided to stop in one day and we really liked the bar setup. The drink prices were pretty decent (compared to other nearby establishments) and the appetizers were ‘ok’. The pretzel sticks always seem to come out looking burnt yet they are hot, soft, and delicious. Though, they are expensive at about $ 9.00. There are a few TV’s in the bar (5?) and the bartenders are pretty good.
Tip: Sign up for their rewards program and they will email you decent coupons to use on your next visit.

We like this TGI Friday’s location. The food is always good and consistent. Every once in a while you will get an inattentive waitress that does not understand that your kids need a refill on drinks about every 20 minutes. But those incidents are far and few between at this location. Would recommend.

We had not eaten at TGI Friday’s in a year. Now I remember why. It was pretty average. My wife had the pecan crusted chicken salad which was barely warm and not crusty at all. She described it as soggy. She sent it back and just ordered soup. My Jack Daniels flat iron steak was tough and the meat lacked flavor. The sauce was deep and rich but the idea is that sauce complements a flavorful piece of meet rather than being the main flavor attraction. Mac & cheese was excellent, parmesan steak fries were so so and the broccoli was anemic.
Also, if a restaurant is going to play music it would be music that appeals to a broad audience especially if it is loud. It was loud and not very enjoyable.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I love the BBQ ribs and Jack Daniels burger. It’s amazing how some of the waiters and waitress memorize the orders without writing them down. Last time I went there our waitress rarely came to the table. When she took our plates because we were done eating she saw I didn’t eat most of my side and she goes «you weren’t hungry?» I said «I’m full but the lettuce tasted weird.» (I had a side salad with my burger). When I told her that it tasted weird she looked at me like «you’re kidding right?!» And she shook her head as she was leaving our table .
Oh and there was a group of teens behind me who were burping loudly and talking about inappropriate things (Not appropriate for a restaurant!) especially if there were kids around.

I hadn’t been in a TGIFridays for several years but needed to get a late lunch and thought I would try it. It was 2:30 so not many people yet the service was very slow. I got the pick two for lunch and the Ahi Tuna Crisp would have been great but the crisp was stale. The 6oz sirloin, although the seasoning was good, was so tough and mealy that I couldn’t eat it. The manager did take the steak off my bill so they made it right.
It will be many years again, if ever, before I go back. Much better options in the immediate area.

As always great service, food and too top it off today is half off bottles of wine, yeah! Ordered the meatballs and Yucatan salad yummy but ordered it with a hot grilled chicken breast instead of the cold stuff.

I don’t really like eating at chains, but I did decided to check out TGI Fridays last weekend. Close to us and convenient. The décor seems outdated. My husband and I sat at the bar. Did you know they have 2 4 1 house wines? I didn’t, but it was a nice surprise. Our bartender was nice. My husband ordered the burger and I had French dip. I must say, the food was pretty good. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The baguette in French dip was delicious and it was stuffed with a lot of meat. Yummy gravy. The friend were great. Using the restaurant’s app, we were able to track our bill and also pay it when we were done.

I have had some very exceptional service at this TGI Fridays (if you sit in the bar area, ask for Meghan) and I’ve had some terrible service here (where it took 3 times to get my order right. Not like how the food was cooked, the actual menu items). The food is alright the atmosphere though is usually really fun. It’s a great place to relax, unwind, and spend time catching up with friends. They don’t rush you if you sit in the bar area.

Pros: Friendly smiley server named Heavenly– great service! Food came out fast. Jack Daniels burger sans cheese YUM. Love that sauce. Cooked how I wanted it. Son got 3 app sampler. Mozzarella sticks were a hit with him. Boneless chicken and pot stickers were also good. Dipping sauces– thumbs up.
Cons: Gross bathroom. Floor was so dirty my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. Eww! Thai pork tacos– sounded good on the menu but ehhh. Was just ok. Would not order again.
In and out fairly quickly. Typical Friday’s and food still consistent as to how I remember it (haven’t been to a Friday’s in a couple years). Is this really the only Friday’s in the area?!
