These guys are the best. We did the «no tent» termite treatment and it was so much easier than having to move out for days. We also signed up for the once a year pest control and haven’t seen a bug since. Robert is the best!

STAY AWAY!!! I’m not sure how this company is still in business. They ripped off the previous owners of our house for years while the dry wood termites were eating away at the structure. We renewed a month before swarming season and found out the termites had never left. They come in and spot 1 or 2 places to make you think they did something only to cover up until next swarm season. They got our renewal date wrong and tried to double our renewal fee. Once we got the Dept of Agriculture involved they sang a different tune. They will call you at 7:59pm to cancel your appointment for the next day but when you call back at 8pm the after-hours receptionist will tell you tough luck and call tomorrow morning with the attitude of a teenage girl. In final, we are tenting our house with Geiger Pest Services and looking at thousands of dollars in repairing our original hardwood floors which literally have cracks the size of my shoe in every room.

Things improved a bit, but it took a lot of phone calls and multiple appointments to get things right. Once they came out and spent some actual time working on things most of it got cleared up but they still didn’t really do what they said they would for the price I paid. I understand there’s limitations when it comes to what they can do based on house design, but they came out and gave an estimate and I expect them to do the work they said they’d do after the inspect and realize what they’re going to be working with.
We’ve been pest free since they came out but I heard some scratching in my attic this morning. Hopefully their guarantee to come back out for free holds true…
