I’ve been bring my cars here for almost 10 years. I hate to pull the girl card. But as a women it’s easy to become a target when it comes to auto repairs. I’ve never felt taken advantage of. Ken always takes the times to explain what needs to be done and what can wait. Prices are good work is good I’ve never had a problem. I recommend them all the time. I’ve left my cars over night in the lot several times without issue. That way it’s one of the first done the next morning. You can’t beat that

Well I thought that my oil change coupon would make or worth driving out of the way for a change. There was one or 2 cars being worked on in the whole place. No cats in the oil change lift. I was then told appointments only for oil changes with coupons. It did not say that on the coupon.
Was then tokd i would have to leave it overnight. Does a repair shop really think people will leave there car overnight in such a bad location for an oil change? Really ?
Well needless to say this place doesn’t need money when the workers are standing around and empty car lifts (including the oil change lane) and they can’t do it.

I was really happy with my experience here and am making a point to spread the word. One of my tires blew (right before payday) so I was calling around looking for the lowest price on a tire in my specific size. Suncoast gave me the best price on the cheapest kind of tire so I made an appointment to come in. Not only did they start the job right away, but they found two Bridgestone Potenza tires that had been special ordered, so they couldn’t use them. I have high-​performance wheels on my car and the mechanic said the better tire would be much better looking. They offered to give me the Bridgestone at the same price as the no-​name dirt-​cheap one I was originally going to get. I couldn’t believe my luck. And I didn’t even have to ask. The whole thing was done in 30 minutes on a busy afternoon. Ken in the office took great care of me even though he was really busy. I will definitely be returning. I’ve never left an auto repair place as happy as I did this one.
