Dr. Tom Crawford was great, very personable, friendly, accommodating, professional. Absolutely no complaints about the medical staff, or office. BUT I will say that the front desk/​receptionist are a different story. First when I called to make the appointment after reading the fantastic reviews on Google the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming, thank goodness I looked past this and kept my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment a week later I went to the front desk and checked in while listening to the receptionist gossip about another receptionist and how she want doing things wrong and was «screwing things up» and that this receptionist had had enough while the listening receptionist said «you tell her how it is!» I finished my appointment (I had 3 fillings done) and scheduled another appointment to have my wisdom teeth pulled 2 weeks later, well that appointment was today and the receptionist who scheduled me made the appointment for a consult only with the surgeon not the actual surgery. I didn’t eat or drink all day until my 1pm appointment to find out the scheduling was wrong. The medical staff quickly fixed the issue and got me another surgery scheduled the next day. My 5 star review is based on the Dr.‘s and medical staff as they are fantastic! But the receptionists/​front desk are a thorn here and it’s unfortunate because they do not properly reflect the medical staff!
