Called this guy up at 830am, he answered sounding barely awake and then unfortunately the line dropped. When I called him back he was rude and hung up on me. Called Billy the Sunshine Plumber and they answered much more professionally and made an appointment for the afternoon.

Have used other plumber for repairs on our rental and was satisfied — nothing outstanding one way or the other. Had an issue at our house and the other guy couldn’t get here for almost 4 hours. Called Shamrock and they were here within the hour. Price was better too. They were very efficient and friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was and what they did. They are now my first call.
