I must say, some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I had a job interview and needed a business suit so I called them ahead and they told me they could help me. Not many local places rent suits at reasonable prices so I decided to try them out. I went in on a Wednesday for an interview that was Friday. They took my sizes and I picked up the suit the following day. They told me it was due back on Monday. I had the interview but was told I would have a follow up interview the next week, so I knew I would need the suit an extra couple days. I called them to see what their policy was on extended rentals and they had told me there normally is a fee, but that they wanted to help me out and simply wished me good luck with the follow up interview. They were more concerned with me doing well at the interview rather than adding additional fees. The world needs more people like this! The suit fit great, looked great, and was accompanied by great service. I couldn’t ask for more! THANK YOU SACINO’S!

I took in my leather purse for a cleaning. There were two ink stains and that’s it.
What I got back is 4 shades darker, reeks of chemicals and has some weird water stains where the chemicals were wiped in a circle or something. This is after the second try, mind you.
After the first try there were white spots around the rim and part of the finish was peeling. They sent it off again and I am afraid to let them have a third go at it.
It must be said, however, they do not clean the leather themselves. They send it out to a third-​party. The reason I am reviewing this company for a third-​party cleaning is because they contract that third-​party. If you don’t clean something yourself whoever you send it to had better be the best in the business. The company they use to clean leather is absolutely not the best in the business.
So here’s the skinny:
The good:
Super friendly staff. They are open late. They have a wide variety of tuxedo rentals and formalwear rentals.
The bad:
They do not clean everything themselves and their contractor is not the best.
The skinny:
While I have not used them for dry cleaning or anything other than the leather service, I would actually go back to them if I had something that needed dry cleaning. My husband is in the Army and when he gets here I do plan on trying them out on one of his uniforms.
