Pizza Hut

The worst Pizza Hut in town! Always late, always cold, and sometimes the surprise of flipped or folded up pizzas… Only one that will deliver to our location but looks like after giving them more then a few chances we will be ordering elsewhere. Just waited 2 hours for a extremely cold pizza after being told 45 min… TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have given this place so many chances, because I have been ordering from you guys since I was a just a kid. I am displeased with tonights delivery. You guys forgot my blue cheese for my wings. ALSO, gave me the wrong wings. I requested bone in, traditional wings. Instead I got bone in, breaded wings. They were not even fully covered in sauce either. I am very disappointed with you guys as this is not the first time this has happened. I will probably be never ordering from here again. Until I know your service gets better that is anyways.

late, cold and it looked as if it was cooked hours ago. i wont be ordering from you guys again.

We don’t usually order from Pizza Hut because we often have bad luck. Unfortunately we decided to give it another try. One of the toppings we chose for our pizza was spinach. When my husband went to pick it up he lifted the top to check the pizza and found a raw green salad like pile of spinach sitting on top. He asked cashier why they hadn’t cooked the spinach and she said «we don’t do it like that». He explained that every time we had ordered a pizza from them, or anyone else, the spinach was always cooked. She then proceeded to get a manager. The manager then came out and very rudely took the pizza and handed my husband his money back without any questions or comments never even offering to rectify the situation. He then told him if he wanted anything else the woman upfront would take his order and walked away. I looked for the direct customer service email for Pizza Hut. Strange. It doesn’t exist!

I know it’s just Pizza Hut and I’m a pizza slut, I mean snob, but the stuffed crust pizza is tasty! It’s suspiciously good, coming from a Pizza Hut. Everything else there pretty much sucks but I’m hooked on the stuffed crust. And service is good too — never messed anything up and they’re quick. Never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but I’m now a Pizza Hut fan. Probably because of the lack of good pizza in Florida, but nevertheless.
