This is a seedy bar that has a great concept, but has a few things to work on. It’s too smokey inside for starters. It’s great that place pet feiendly; however, the 2 times I went there, there was feces all over the ground outside(obviously left by larger dogs). There appears to be a stage out back, but it’s so run down, I’m not sure I would go near it let alone put expensive equipment on it. The bar staff well… not sure what to think. I asked for a Corona Light and got shotdown, then asked for a Bud Select 55 and got told«your just pushing you’re luck.» Not entirely sure if that was a joke as it wasn’t said with a smile. I give this place 2 stars because I do like places where you have the option of indoor/outdoor, laid back, pet friendly, live entertainment and great patrons/staff. The Oar House fell a tad short. I think with some TLC and elbow grease it could be better.
