I’m Really Upset with these people!
This company are composed of bunch of crooks, the sales person sold me a contract for a full year pest control service, after a year half of pest control service on my property, and thousands of dollars later, As the direct result of their unprofessional representation and Bait and switch procedure, my Cypresses are dying, They did not cover it, and didn’t protect them in any fashion !!!
Their operation manger came over to look and said it was not covered, They said read the contract, Me being the home owner, believed the promises of the sales person, was taken to the cleaners!
I had 12 000 dollars worth of pest damage to my garden due to their ignorance!
Their Warranty is a gimmick and does not exist, its used as a sales pitch.
Stay Away from these people!!!
