Constant turnover, unethical practices. Treats employees horribly. Likes to charge people more if you look like you have money. Also likes to try to stalk and harass former employees, (who quit for poor treatment and no business due to poor running of the business) many will agree.

I have been going there on and off for years! I always use my credit card and no problem and have always been able to find parking. I do try to avoid the busy weekend times though. I have found the price can’t be beat for affordable pampering. If you get pick 2 or 3 services its discounted. I have been to many, many day spas and always come back to Mittendorf’s. I try to book with Lee or Hahn they are the best, and I don’t usually get my hair cut there. Lee even did my permenant makeup and I was very pleased and trust her with my face.

I was a customer of Janet Mittendorf’s hair salon for about two years. I wasn’t a fan of the salon, but I loved my hairdresser so I had my hair highlighted and cut at this salon until my hairdresser switched salons.
The parking is limited so there were multiple times I had to park across the street. The salon was in major need of a makeover. The sinks were always backed up and the hairdresser stations were out of date.
Bring cash! The salon acts really weird if you try to pay with a credit card.
