My experience with Dr. Shamas has been phenomenal. The facilities are clean and comfortable, all the office staff all appear to have at least a baseline knowledge of the procedures and what to expect, and so are very good with answering questions. The doctor is approachable and kind, as well as thoughtful, thorough, and communicative. As an auxiliary healthcare provider, I was so glad that he was able to tailor information to my level of understanding. Plus, it’s a small enough facility that I felt like a valued patient!
