Highly and enthusiastically recommend this company. There was no pressure when estimate was provided. Pricing was fair and installers were company employees. Both installers were knowledgeable and overall top shelf. They did not rush the job, protected the floors, thoroughly cleaned up and removed all debris.
I spent 32 years in quality control reviewing home repairs on insurance claims in the northeast. I found this company professional from start to finish.

Let me start by saying the installation crew who installed our HVAC system are top notch. They are professional and courteous. The sales and customer service not so much. Our install was 10/​14, I requested customer service send me the necessary documentation to request an energy rebate. We were told the company would file, it’s June and after countless emails, texts, and phone calls we never received any documentation for us to file or indication they filed on our behalf. I now learn the rebate is valid up to 6 months after installation; so I give this company 3 stars for the installation crew.
