Do not go here — Their office staff is terrible — especially billing. They billed me for services that my insurance company said I do not owe — Both my ins. co. and I have asked numerous times for an explanation & they never call back — just send a bill every 6 months that says «Balance Forward». My family & I went here for over 10 yrs until they were bought out in 2013 — terrible, terrible… We now go to a very professional dentist and staff right around the corner.

I will never step foot in this office again. Tuesday when I went in for my appointment of a cleaning, X-​rays and exam, the office staff was completely new again — third time in just the last few years. I was there for 2 and ½ hours and never got the results of my exam– dentist never spoke to me and someone in the office was supposed to call but did not. The hygienist was not going to clean all my teeth but conceded saying she would «as a courtesy to me.» Strangest appointment I’ve ever had.

Star is for the dentists and their chairside staff.
No stars for the office personnel. If you go there with a dental plan, they find a way to get more money from you over and above your co-​pays. They gave us a credit for $ 71.00 and we tried for over 2 years to get that money. Their billing staff is rude, nasty and totally inept at their jobs. Try to speak to the head biller — heck no. They just brush you off. After contacting the insurance company, we were told that they could not withhold the money because of some type of billing error on their part. We contacted the local government agency regarding rip-​offs and they got a similar response.
DO NOT use them unless money is no object for you!!!

Very nice staff. Had full mouth X-​rays done which I hate due to gagging and they were very patient. Kept me very comfortable. Having a filling done next week. I will update later.
February 2014… I am having a problem with an old filling since I started wearing braces. I asked if the Dr could redo it but he insisted I pay almost $ 1000 for a crown I didn’t need.
I left and a few days later my tooth went back to normal. It’s all about the money here!
Oct/​2014, Updates… there has been such a staff turnaround here that I don’t even know anyone’s names. I called the receptionist to ask if the doctor could numb my lip for procedure I was having with my esthetician. They were rude and accommodating.
