Carillon Sports & Family Medicine

Had my first visit with Melissa yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to listen. I just relocated to this area and needed a doctor, I feel I made the right choice.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Unfornatly after years of great service from lindsay and melissa… i will be leaving this practice. I am currently have 2 prescription i take daily. I was last seen on April 27^th in the office. At that time i had a full physical with a full blood panel. Recently I made a decision to change pharmacies during that decision the new pharmacy needed a renewal of my prescription. Carillon sports will not renew my prescriptions with out an offic visit. I explained multiple times that is a waste of my time and my money as i have a $ 3000 ded before my health insurance kicks in. They refuse to have the dr call me back… made me feel like my time is insignificant because they are with patients. I don’t even understand any medical practice that would not have a doctor call you back when requested. Instead I had to speak to their representative Nicole who was so rude to me and please believe me when i tell you she was yelling at me. only later to find out when I ask to see to her boss she was the doctor’s wife I truly cannot believe he would allow his own wife to talk to his clients that way I am appalled and shocked and will be leaving the practice. Also it is hours later and I’ve left another message for a doctor to call me back and nobody has they honestly can care less about patient care. And if ypu knew which prescription I am asking them to refill you would be amazed at the hood they’re having me go through for a perscription that they told me I need to be on.

Setting up my appt was easy. They also remind you of your appt with a recorded phone call, which is nice. Check in was a breeze. Waiting area is bright and clean with plenty of seats available. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Melissa was very nice and professional. She asked lots of questions and seemed to really care what was going on with me. The other lady (Melissa’s assistant maybe– I’m horrible with names!) was also very friendly. I felt at ease with both of them.

Melissa is so thorough and caring. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have been very impressed with this medical facility.

My doughtier fractured her finger while playing volleyball. I called Nicole at Carillon Sports and she got her right in. Dr Brunson and his staff did a great job getting her finger taken care of. Thanks to their timeliness and professionalism; she’ll be back on the volleyball court in no time. Thanks much!

Great place to go when you’re sick. Melissa and Lindsay will take great care of you.
