Went in for just some bed lifts and was really impressed with how the store is organized! Met the manager, Chris. Really nice guy! The cashiers were so polite!
I rather come here and buy my «home stuff», than at «W». I had a good laugh with the manager «Chris», when I said that this store is well organized with EVERYTHING! People like me, walk in for one thing and leave with a full cart. Great store!’

I came here for my wedding shower registry. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I had a «consultant», Louis, walk with me throughout the store for a total of 2 hours picking out items. At first I thought a consultant was going to try to upsell me. But I was happy to find that he was there to ensure that we went over major items I would need, all while pointing out things on items I would have never noticed had I done the scanning of items on my own. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Ah, my imaginary dream house shopping store :) They have the usual goodies you’ll find at Bed Bath and Beyond. Recently their complimentary gift wrapping was shifted to a DIY event, though, I kind of have an issue with that… maybe its time to brush up on my «skills» in that department. Depending on what time of day you go, the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Sometimes (in the evenings during the week for example) you’ll be left to fend for yourself and are hard pressed to find someone to answer your questions.

The staff and selection here were phenomenal. Shopped here during our last visit to St. Pete, and couldn’t have been happier. They helped us find everything we needed, patiently explained about things that we had questions about, and honored our coupons no problem. Clearly a well-​managed and competent-​staffed store.
