I’m revising my review because I ended up having a steller customer service experience. After living with my new mattress for a few days, I decided that it was just too high (too thick). The manager agreed to exchange the mattress I bought for a lower-​profile mattress (keeping the same box springs). They delivered the replacement and removed the original mattress very promptly. I was really happy with how they handled the exchange. Thanks American Freight!

I bought a mattress here and it caved in in a month. Hurts my back. The store told me they’d give me a new one in 2 – 4 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks and they’re giving me the run-​around. The couch I bought was ok. I wouldn’t shop here again because they give customers almost no redress.
