If I could give a zero star, I would. I called for a tow truck. The dispatcher said «They don’t do general tows.». I said I’m giving a specific location for pick up and drop off. She said they don’t have a flat bed, they don’t do general tows. I said I don’t know what that means, «what type of towing do you do?». She then hung up on me.
