Turnberry Place Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office will tell you lies to get you to rent, but beware and get everything in writing. The stairs were falling apart and a few actually broke as a neighbor was walking down them. I could see daylight through my door jam, they didn’t paint all walls after the prior tenant, & there were patches of brown paint all over, one sink was yellow and permanently stained, the other had several chips, & I had to clean before moving in due to the smell & spider webs all over. What’s worse is they told me I could paint a light shade of grey and they wouldn’t charge me, yet after I moved out I received a bill of $ 600 after I already paid these assholes $ 3K on move-​out fees. When I called the office, Lindsey treated me like a criminal and threatened to turn me into collections when I paid on time or early every month that I was there. I paid the erroneous bill, but they agreed some of it was over-​billed. I have yet to hear from them or get refunded. They also lied about having to paint 4 walls, when I sent them pics showing I painted just 2. Of course they wouldn’t let me see that they repainted either. Save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a disaster!

We check the place out was happy (model unit). Signed the least and they gave us keys to a dirty apt that they never cleaned up from when the last person moved out. So tried to break least ASAP after seeing the apt. They declined made me stay and promise that unit would be cleaned ASAP. So came back the following day unit was still very nasty. Tried to return keys they declined and promise me once again unit would be cleaned. So I had no choice but to move in because they wouldn’t Break my least move In still dirty they just gently whipped visual things down. I had to bleach entire apt finding things from last tenant. Today I found a mice that lives in our unit with us. I will be staying at a hotel until I contact my attorney to break least. Worst experience In my life and I’m 6 months pregnant

I moved into Turnberry Place about a week ago after living at another Apartment Property for 9yrs. After viewing Turnberry’s amenities & units, my family & I had no issues with converting to their property.
I truly feel like I’m living at a high-​end resort!
The office staff is so friendly & professional. The maintenance crew are extremely prompt, efficient, & professional as well!
The amenities are RIDICULOUS! They have a full gym, beautiful resort-​style pool, Saturday brunch (for FREE!), a level 3 tanning unit, sauna, computer lab, a common room, and A FREE CAR WASH!
Seriously… No joke!
The layout of our unit is so modern & all things are conveniently located.
I pray that my family & I have many wonderful years at Turnberry.

Beautiful community with an amazing pool area, free tanning, on site masseuse, free airport private car service, weekly continental breakfast, monthly social events and unit upgrade packages available! Definitely an awesome place to live!
