Working with the BBB and my attorneys about receiving a refund for the services I didn’t receive and was cut short. I suggest people take there business elsewhere there are plenty of places around. I still have not received a response from a certified letter is sent to Rick matteson the owner, and neither has the BBB as of now. Ill keep a update on this ridiculous situation.

Greedy is all I can say. Instead of being a reputable business and tell us they don’t have enough teams to play a session they combine 5th and 6th graders with 7 and 8th graders. Huge difference in play. I could’ve figured out a better way to spend $ 800. On top of that they are not flexible with game conflicts. Terrible management, just want your money.

We had our son’s 5th birthday party yesterday in the bounce house party area and it was fantastic! The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The package price was good and the party area was clean and spacious. It was a little warm inside though, but it was because the temperature outside was 107 degrees and I guess the A/​C unit was having a hard time keeping up.
I would definitely recommend this venue for birthday parties!!!
