Went into Jimmy johns about 15 minuets before close one night. From the beginning the girl was very rude. I know what it’s like to have customers come in right before close so I get that, but it’s no reason to be rude. I planned on getting my small sandwich, quickly eating it and then leaving. As soon as I got my sandwich and sat down, now still like 12 minuets until close, the worker yelled from Behind the counter that they were closing and there was no food to be in the dining room after close. Now pissed, I decided to unwrap my sandwich and take a bite to see what she would do. I took a bite, and she walked over to me and told me word for word that I «had to leave». Because there are no customers allowed in the store after closing. But it wasn’t even 9 pm yet. I was so enraged and left because well, I had«no choice». Was so tempted to smear my sandwich all over the window. I didn’t, but I will never come back! Rude staff.

Absolutely LOVED my first experience at this Jimmy John’s location! I walked to the front door and one of the employees opened the door for me, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the front door, they made my sandwich very fast and it was phenomenal! The man put my food in a bag, smiled and told me to have a great day. I walked in the store in a great mood but I walked out in an even better mood! Thanks to this Jimmy John’s employees!

Ok… is it just me, or is Jimmy John’s supposed to be open past 9 pm at night! I live in Champaign and we are visiting family in STL wanted to get a quick bite, but all the locations in the area are closed. I don’t get it!

Quality JJ’s. A/C was blazing the other day though and I shivered through my sandwich.

So, Jimmy John’s, you know what it is? It’s a sub shop, a delicious sub shop. basic cold cuts, real nice ingredients, simple menu. This chain is my safe haven. I love their turkey. I pretty much always order a slim 4(turkey and bread), ask for double meat, and throw some cheese on there(provolone!), pair that with a bag of bbq chips and you have pretty much what i would eat for lunch at least 4 times a week when I was in school. It’s cheap, it’s easy, it’s delicious. This place in St. Louis, saved me from starving to death. I was visiting my brothers, who’s idea of a stocked kitchen is a fridge full of lunchables, frozen pizza, and pop tarts. Sidenote: How am i the fat one in my family? Anyways, this place, is solid, standard issue Jimmy Johns, fast subs, high school aged staff. Located off the beaten path a little, but plenty of parking. You saved me Jimmy, and for that I’m grateful.

Great sandwiches and staff. Always fast and fresh. Nice change from other sandwich places. Located near Mexico and Jungerman, not too far from St Peters Hospital. You can also order on line too. Delivery within a few miles from the store. Better than most and I know you will return. Company history — established in Charleston, IL in 1983
