PLEASEBEWARNED!!! I stopped by the drive thru last night after church for a quick meal w/my family. We ordered to buttery burgers, 2 tacos, curly fries, reg fry, &2 drinks for $ 20. When I got home 4 mins later to eat, the fries tasted stale, the burgers were disgusting and dry, and they forgot my 2 tacos. After trying to force feed myself this junk, I called the night manager to inform them of the issue. He told me to come in the next day for a replacement order & he was sorry for the inconvenience. It’s the next day now… I went in for my replacement order and THEYFORGOTMYTACOSAGAIN!!! Shouldn’t a business try to overly impress a patron when they messed up the 1st time? Then when I asked for my drinks, the manager had the nerve to say, «We’re not going to give you replacement drinks, you have to pay for those… SERIOUSLY?!» — I had to drive back up to the store after THEYFAILED, they forgot items in my bag AGAIN, then wanted me to pay for drinks… After requesting to have my drinks again, they conceded, and replaced 1 out of 2. Then my children & I dined in. The fries were fresh, the tacos were stale, the bun on the burger was so stale I couldn’t even force myself to eat it, the meat was over cooked, & the cheese was placed on top of the lettuce — wilting it to nothing. I was going to return my food again but I decide to do something more effect —- Let the world know that this location is horrible, unprofessional, unsanitary(because the employee went to pick up an old biscuit off the ground, under the working table, from the morning shift but found out it was a scummy piece of the drain. Then she got back off the floor & proceeded to serve food with contaminated hands!), and I will NEVERRETURN to this location off Mexico Rd in St Peters MO.

I understand I’m at a fast food place. But damn. The lady was so damn rude to me. No «please pull around» No «hello may i take your order» no «thank you» no nothing. She shook her head when I gave her my money. I don’t know what the hell her problem was, and I don’t care. If you value customers that little– get out of the business. Go work for the DMV, if even you, could even get hired by them. Shame on you JITB, There are other cheap options in the area, I will visit those from now on.

I’m not a fan of my food smelling like an ash tray. If you do not either, then you may want to stay way from this location. I ordered a Spicy Sriracha Burger, curly fries, and iced tea for lunch. When I got back to work to eat it, I instantly smelled cigarettes. I was so confused by where the smell was coming from. Once I took a sniff of the sourdough bread my burger was in between, I could tell that is where it was coming from! This makes me wonder if an employee or employees take their smoking breaks next to the stored sandwich buns. I really do not know what else it could be… I did hold my nose while eating my lunch because it was all I had, but I sure will not be having Jack in the Box for lunch anymore! I am curious if this is happening to others, because something needs to be done.

Update: visited 11÷6÷14. Ordered chicken sandwich, fries and 2 tacos… got a burger instead. I called to let them know. The employee said they had a chicken sandwich and wondered why it was leftover. I tried to give them a second chance, but this time… sorry.

Thank God for 24hr restaurants… I woke up at two this morning, couldn’t go back to sleep, so at 5 am I finally decided to get up and take on the day. The ultimate bacon cheeseburger was a great way to take on my day and where else do you get a full fast food menu all day?!
