These guys are awesome! They don’t just sell you anything to make a buck they try and make sure you are getting the right bike or gear for what you need even if it means they make less money. Keep up the good work guys.

At 51 years of age, and not having owned a bike for years, I was a little nervous about walking into a bike store. There was no need to worry; the nice young man who worked with me showed me options, let me test-ride as many bikes as I wanted, gave his opinion on what would work best, and allowed me to truly enjoy the experience! Really great place for ALL levels of riders; reasonable, comparable prices. Highly recommend it.

This place is what customer service is all about! I signed up for the Pedal the Cause race this year… before even having a bike. I haven’t owned a bike in at least 10 years and I know that the bicycle market is huge. Needless to say I was a little nervous about not knowing much about purchasing a new bike. As soon as my wife and I walked through the door we were immediately helped by Kim(one of the owners) who wasn’t even there to work, she was there picking up her grandkids. Anyway, she spent all the time I needed answering all my questions, figuring out my needs not only for the race but for my biking needs after the race, and finding the right bike with the right fit for me. When all was said and done she was even able to give me a discount on my bike purchase. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. Their maintenance program is pretty good too(free for the first year and $ 69 a year after or pay $ 69 upfront with your purchase and get tune ups for life). My wife and I were so impressed that we even went back to the store later that night to buy her a new bike.

Granada team not only assists you with the selection of the best bike to meet your needs, they offer outstanding service. I never purchase service plans, but for some reason my wife and I did for our new bikes. It was a great decision. Over the years we have had annual tune ups, repairs, and advice. The quality and speed have been excellent. They even organize group rides! Our bikes are great. Truly a great business. Yes, if we ever decide to upgrade our bikes… it will be at Granada.

Great cycling shop. I was doing a 100k and needed to stop to check my tires. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Service rep refilled my water bottle and sold me some parts I needed and filled my tires. Definitely will put this on my riding route as a support stop.

There website said they have electric bicycles, stopped in store, they had 2 which have been sold with no plans to get more. They need to update their website as we wasted our time. Also the distributor pedego said they are a dealer. Very disappointing

They hosted a Tour De Cure bike ride today. We were asked to park about a ½ mile down the road because they have a small parking lot. I was looking to purchase a riding jersey. They did not have much of a selection for women. They do have a lot of bikes, tons of Giant brand and helmets. Much more men jersey. The prices on the bikes are very reasonable. The workers were very friendly. They had brats for the rides afterwards. Nice place.

Everything there is to be said about the shop itself has been said before: Good location; spacious, modern facility; lots of bikes. What sets Granada apart is the level of expertise shown by the staff and the service received. Unlike what another reviewer has stated, the shop rats at Granada are cyclists of some distinction. I have ridden with them. They’re badass. So are their friends. However, they are also friendly. They will drop you. But they’ll do it in a friendly way. I do most of my own wrench work. But I also break parts and have been in need of technical guidance. In each case I have been offered immediate, sound advice as well as the appropriate parts at a fair price. Here’s one of life’s lessons: There’s no such thing as a free lunch. So it goes with local bike shops(LBS). They need to sell bikes and parts in order to keep the doors open and the lights on. You can get a cheap bike at a big box and ride it for a week or so. However, if you want the right bike, that fits correctly, as well as service and consultation for years to come, head for Granada.

Granada has more merchandise in stock than you’re likely to find elsewhere. The range of bikes they carry is also good. This shop is located conveniently and visibly, and a new GRG trail for joggers and cyclists to reach Lakeside Park is now open near the shop. For these factors, I’d award five stars. Most people have weekends off, so opening on Sunday would be a good business decision. I prefer to shop where the staff are avid cyclists, and that vibe is missing from this store. They don’t seem to sponsor events or offer wrenching at any of the local races as far as I’ve noticed. There is a weekly shop ride, I’ll grant them that, but overall they serve casual cyclists. Their turn-around time for repairs is outstanding, but the mechanics are outmatched by other shops I could mention. Go here instead of a department store, for sure. If you’re serious about bicycles, though, you may be more satisfied elsewhere.

OK if you want a Great bike at a good price go here. I am into biking at a decent level where I am not to obsessed and not to lazy about it. They have everything you need and could ever want. I have found cheaper places but they really do allot to help you out and the life time service plan is really nice.(You do have to purchase it though) Most places like Big Shark include it in the purchase price. I got a nice bike about a year ago and they set it up for me and got it just rite. The only bad this was it took them about 3 weeks to get the size of bike I needed. I was calling avery three days because they would say that it would be 3 days. I was a little upset that it took forever and the weather was great while I didn’t have the bike. Once I got the bike it was raining for a month straight. Other than that this place has been good to me ever since. I am always stopping in here to pick up something or get the bike tuned up.
