Love them! Brought both my daughters here for their annual checkups. My oldest wears glasses. The front desk staff is about as friendly as they come. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. They knew my insurance plan and helped me choose something age appropriate and sturdy for my daughter. Highly recommend!!!

#1 factor for my return? Excellent service.
The front desk team made my wife and I feel welcome and like we were routine customers. Especially personal service on follow up visits to receive glasses and calling us to keep us posted on status of our glasses.
The doctor we saw was personal and professional. She focused on accuracy and yet took time to walk me through a new style of glasses. This made it easy to make a decision on the type of lens.
They also found a problem with my old prescription that I’d been dealing with since I got the glasses.
If your insurance is taken here, please give them a try.

Dr. Elliot has been wonderful and has really stuck with me when it has taken weeks to get my prescription just right. I’ve been with this office for years and have never been disappointed!

I am torn on this review. A couple of years ago my eyes were seriously messed up from some lousy optomitrist at Target and ended up here. They saved my eyes and I have been loyal ever since.
The part I am torn on is not the Dr herself, but her staff. Everytime I step in the place I feel like I am bothering someone. The service is less than stellar, and I end up usually waiting a long time and getting annoyed while waiting to see the Dr. Once I see her though I am reminded why I keep going back. She is very friendly and knows what she is doing.
I will say that they did get a new girl in the office and she is very nice and friendly, so there is a little improvement there.
