They never showed up! I purchased a groupon without much research of this business. Seems as though they do not value their customers that purchase groupons because they are getting a «discounted» price. Well, don’t use groupons for your business then! They are impossible to get a hold of and never returned my call when I was trying to figure out if they were still going to show up or not. I used them mostly because I like to support small business but their customer service is terrible.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Took over 6 phone calls before ever reaching someone to schedule an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment I called them when they were over 30 minutes late without any communication. «Owner» was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even stated that since I had purchased a groupon for this service at such a discounted rate, I should expect delays. I received a second phone call from her saying they decided not to keep the appointment or honor my groupon and canceled on me. One of the worse local businesses around! Don’t use!

These guys really do a great job! I can tell a big difference in how the carpet looked before and how it looks after they do their magic. Very reasonably priced! I’ll be sticking with them from now on.
