I’ve used Twin Maids three times now, and two of those three times were excellent! The second time they came, there was a miscommunication about cleaning supplies, which resulted in a less-​than-​great job (through no fault of the maid who came). Paul was very prompt in following up about the issue, and they came back to re-​clean my house to my satisfaction. I have been impressed with the easy online scheduling, and the ample communication from the company. Great customer service, friendly cleaners. I will definitely use Twin Maids again!
