Thoroughly enjoyed my Gentle Yoga class. It was easy and supported but unlike some other classes with the name, didnt leave me feeling that I hadnt done anything for an hour. I felt well stretched and relaxed. Wonderful yoga experience!

I came here for a drop in session while I was in town visiting family. I was very impressed with the quality of the training. I am a pretty active person(I do yoga, interval training and cardio) and am pretty used to working hard. The training I did with Jill was phenomenal. I did a whole body work out in only 30 minutes and was sore for days! I’m not a cross-fitter but the AMRAP(as many reps as possible) I did was awesome and I’ll definitely incorporate that into my own training. I noticed they are in the process of expanding … Very excited to see what they build out!

Before coming here I lifted weights and did a lot of running. What I love about the Powerhouse gym and the workouts is that you never get bored! Also, my instructor(Max) is very attentive, motivating, extremely knowledgeable, and is very helpful correcting my form during an exercise. The workouts are fun and challenging and when you leave you will feel exhausted and very satisfied.
