Called many times and refuse to call back. When they finally did were nothing but attitude and RUDENESS! She kept asking ‘who are YOU’ in the snottiest way possible to my simple inquiries on price differences between locations.
I’ve used the company’s Eden Prairie branch for clients and have always been pleased– I love companies that make me look good!
The St Paul office is clearly charging WAY more than Eden Prairie. To clean my 1500sq ft house they wanted $ 130 when I’ve set up clients with homes of 6000 – 7000 sq ft for $ 165! How is that possible?!
