Went here in the morning for breakfast and the employees were more awake than I was. Great and quick service.

This place is awful I have not been there in years so decided I would like to try the new salad they are trying to do like chipotle which is very good, however Taco Bell is awful. My credit card was also taken and used to get international calls from mobile reload So if you want to eat there at your own risk & have your credit card taken then go ahead I called the manager«Vag» he said his name was and he told me what can he do and told me to call 800 Taco Bell which I did and made a formal complaint.

I almost feel silly reviewing a Taco Bell, but this location is worth mention. I have been here more times than I care to admit, and the service is always friendly and professional. The food is always quick and always correct, and never appears to have been sitting around too long under a heat lamp. I’ve stopped here occasionally ever since they opened, and last month was the first time I had a problem. I was in the drive-thru and ordered food and a gift card. I got the food but not the card. I drove back and ran inside where they knew right away that I was missing the card. They apologized and gave me my card, along with a bit of free food to make up for it. I left with no complaints and I’ll be back again.

I’m amending my last review, because this Taco Bell actually got a lot better since I wrote the last one. The service is(almost) always very friendly, and they all seem to know me on sight by now. Probably not a good sign, but still kinda nice when they already have my employee discount ready before I even show them the card. My only real complaint about this Taco Bell is that the chalupa shells never seem to be quite as fresh as other locations I’ve tried. Many times they’ve been old enough that the bottom of it actually cracked apart when I started eating it. And yet, I keep ordering them…

I come by here to pick up food for my cousin and when she gets done with her late shift. Both times I’ve been screwed in the drive thru. The second time I even asked the attendant if she put the hot sauce in the bag. Oh yeah! She says… well, no hot sauce and a food item missing. Again. I tried calling but the only number they have listed goes to a fax machine. Probably because they get a lot of complaints. No wonder.

I was craving cheesy potatoes… Well cuz I wont be doing any beef anything from there for a while until the lawsuit is done… I eat enuf stuff that im not sure whats in it, but when i ask for a beef taco, thats what i want. not a beef taco and fillings or friends. I went through the drive thru– although i promised myself never to do that again,(then i remembered they got robbed for $ 75 a few weeks ago, and i noticed a few creepy people in the lobby, so i decided to give it a try) because they always seem to have the ‘new person’ on drive thru when i do come thru, i cant imagine the whole staff is that incompetent, im hoping its just a new person… EVERYTIME, yeah i know, but im trying to be nice… but im usually annoyed from waiting forever just to order and being trapped – meaning i cant even back out or go around the other cars so i just have to wait. Tonight, was great actually, they operated like a fast food drive thru should. ordered, got up there she had my food and was even smiling. Im usually cursing when i leave the parking lot because ive burned a half tank of gas in the drive thru, but i happy, so i decided to just write a lil happy review. I would give em 5stars, but just to b safe, we shall see how my next cheesy potato run goes.
