Great service. Very friendly and helpful. It took a while for him to notice me at first when i got there because he was in the back chatting but once he did he was extremely friendly. I had a gift card to spend and I don’t run much anymore but was able to find a tank that will work out perfectly for other gym stuff on the clearance rack. Love it.

Friendly staff who also offer great insight for training! Take a look in store to get help for what shoe fits you best. Worth a few extra dollars to spend on the service. Your feet will thank you!

You can buy shoes for less online. You won’t get the experience or service though. I’ve been in the market for some new running shoes and had been looking online. I was cruising Grand and decided to drop by and see some of these shoes in person that I had been looking at. Immediately I started learning what I should be looking at through the help of the staff and their in store signage. Turns out the shoes I was going to buy wouldn’t have been the right fit given how my foot hits the ground. Not going to get that sort of service from your computer. Tried on some shoes from a selection that fit my needs and ended up walking out with a new pair. Wearing them around the house and they are amazingly comfortable, never had a brand new pair of shoes be this comfortable before break-in. Spend a few extra dollars and support a B&M for something as important as the comfort of your feet for all those miles.

It’s my inclination to buy the prettiest shoes. I knew this wasn’t the right attitude to bring to purchasing running shoes, so I took a few suggestions and headed to Running Room on grand. The whole experience was really great, great customer service, and tons of advice on what shoe would work for me. Even advice on what socks to buy, how to properly tie my shoelaces, etc. The shoes I ended up with are kind of ugly, but they work perfectly for the way my body works. My only complaint is a common one. This place is pretty expensive. After I purchased the shoes from Running Room, I found them selling for substantially less expensive elsewhere. But I think, all and all, it’s really worth being properly fitted for your shoes.
