place is nice enough. the bed was WONDERFUL and sheets were soft. the rest of the place was just ok. their breakfast isn’t bad and it’s included. i didn’t like however that they were vacuuming the dinning room during breakfast and guests were eating rather than waiting the 30 minutes until breakfast was over. the walls are also not that thick b/c you can hear dogs barking and people above us(as we were on a ground floor) getting up and going to the bathroom and showering. i also thought it was strange the maid kept coming back asking us for room service when i said we weren’t going to need service. it seems to be well located not far from the highways but it is in a remote area that you wouldn’t see if you didn’t live by your gps app. i do prefer residence inn’s, this one just didn’t blow me away.

I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn several times as a student of Bethel I’m surprised that they don’t have more reviews. For one they treat the students very well for the two week — now one week stay for intensive classes. Two nights a week they have dinners prepared for them. I stayed in a two bedroom suite and loved every minute of it. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast and chocolate chip cookies at night. The only reason that I didn’t give five stars was because of the price. I know that Marriott is pricey but really come on guys! Also although they have free wifi I had trouble getting it in my room. Anyway, I truly enjoyed my stay here.

I go to Minnesota every few years and I always try to stay at the Roseville Residence Inn. I’m very satisfied with them overall and with the amenities there. It’s normally a quiet place and seems pretty clean. I recommend it. It’s a good mid-range place when you can’t afford ultra-fancy and don’t want to go ultra-cheap.

Not great. I’ve had some work get togethers for drinks and the bar service is absolutely atrocious. They do their best but they never(and I mean never) have more than 1 person working the bar. So if you’re in a group of 10 – 20 people, be prepared to wait a half an hour for your $ 6 Miller Lite.

There are both good things and bad things to say about this place. On the good side, the included breakfasts were nice with a lot of variety including eggs, potatoes, meat and English muffins every day in addition to the usual, Continental Breakfast offering. They also had nightly socials, and a very friendly staff. The hotel, itself, was not particularly well-kept, clean, or well-maintained. I just expected a bit more for the money, but the higher price might have been due to the State Fair being that weekend. They had a pool, the beds were comfortable, and the showers got us clean. What more do you really need in a hotel room?
