Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in to pre-order the iPhone 5, and was told I was going to be at the top of the list on release day. I was very happy, and left knowing I could pick it up on Friday the 21st. Here I sit over a week after it was released and I still don’t have the phone. While that’s not the employee’s fault, I could deal without the heavy sigh and clearly annoyed representative telling me, «No they aren’t here yet. No, we don’t know when they will be.» Do not treat me like an annoyance. I’ve only called twice since the 21st, and I have never been anything but pleasant, even when you were rude. I haven’t been calling every hour, every day. I am a customer trying to support your business. A call from someone at the store would have been nice, to give me an idea when the shipment might arrive, or to apologize for the delay, but I had to call myself, only to deal with the annoyed clerk. The last time I called(on Thursday, 9⁄27), I was told they’d, «(big sigh) be here tomorrow, I think». I haven’t received a phone call yet(it’s now early Sunday morning), and have no desire to call them, or even pick it up if it’s finally there. They will never be getting one more penny from me. This place is an excellent example of how to NOT run a company. I’m sorry I even tried to give them a chance.
