I’ve been pleasantly surprised every time I’ve gone in the shop. Whether it’s finding a new craft brew to enjoy, or getting some advice on a new wine to try out, I’ve always had a great experience and left with something I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Staff has always been very helpful when I’ve had questions, and, from what I can tell, prices seem comparable if not better than most of the other places around.

Now known as Perrier Liquor under new ownership. The new régime has made some welcome changes. The interior layout was altered to allow for additional stock of craft beer, wine and liquor. Both booze and beer selection has been expanded and improved. Amazingly, prices have not increased. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I consider this a very solid all purpose neighborhood liquor store.

I think the new ownership will be a welcome change. So far I’ve visited twice this month (where before I only went twice a year out of necessity). The two best changes I’ve noticed are the absence of an unidentifiable odor that plagued this place in the past and prices a few dollars cheaper! Cheers to Perrier!

I walk in for my weekly ritual of buying lottery tickets. I got the shocking news that the business has been sold, and one of the first things they do is eliminate the lottery machine. You can sense that things are getting a little tense. I don’t know what other changes are coming. I won’t be finding out first hand. I should have known something wasn’t right when I realized the address was 666.

So I went in looking for the Skinny Girl Margarita, but they were out. A clerk pointed me to another brand of Skinny Margarita and now I like that one even more!
I also like their selection of the Big House boxed wines.
Nice, helpful staff.

I lived across the street from this place for a while. It is a good liquor store. Nothing that really excites. They have a good selection of the major beers and a good selection of craft beers. The wine selection is pretty standard. They do a good job with the square footage they have. If I lived any further than across the street I would just go to First Grand Ave Liquors.
