The customer service at West Saint Paul, MN, Party City was exceptional. We did our baby gender reveal with a large box filled with balloons. They were able to stuff the box with the balloons and keep it a surprise for us! We are so happy we went there and had the service we did! Thank you for a memory that will last a lifetime!

We went shopping for a post-​Halloween superhero birthday party. All of the costumes were stocked in the back and the Christmas décor was out.
Our sales associate went over all of the superhero costumes she could think of that they may have in the back stock area.
She finally ended up walking us back there and let us go through the bins and also went through bins herself finding ideas. She made suggestions and let us take our time.
What an awesome experience!!!
