Horrible customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would.
I asked for extra sauce on the pizza. One employee told me okay (and they’ve put extra sauce every other time I’ve gone there) when another employee told him they couldn’t. He sent the first employee in back and told me, «You cannot have extra sauce.» I don’t care if they charge me, just make the pizza how I want it.
I emailed in a complaint to the store but heard nothing back and it’s been over a week. The pizza Is good, but don’t waste your time or money at this franchise location – check out another franchise in the area.

First of all, I really like Papa Murphy’s. I really dislike this specific location. Service was horrible, the slowest experience I’ve ever had at Papa Murphy’s, and they disregard advertised sale prices. I stopped in for a special (pizza & cookie dough). I asked to add an ingredient, and was told it would be an extra $ 1.50. Then they charged me an extra $ 4.50, telling me I couldn’t get the sale price if I changed anything. I’ve NEVER had this experience at other locations, and I always add toppings. Additionally, I heard them do the same thing to 3 other people while I was waiting for my pizza to be made.
I definitely will be back to Papa Murphy’s, but never again to THIS franchise!
