North Suburban Family Physicians PA

I’ve been going to this office for years. I see Dr. Reinschmidt when I am able. Sometimes her schedule is booked up as she’s a really popular doctor for a reason — she LISTENS to you and actually gives you some of her time.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They always are cheerful on the phone as well.
The magazines in the waiting room are relatively recent — full star for that!
There are plenty of parking spots in the adjoining lot.
If your doctor is running late, the front desk staff will actually let you know so that you can better plan your day.
The exam rooms are always really clean.
I’ve seen mostly female doctors here and they’ve all be super nice and friendly. They take the time to answer my questions.
Today I saw Dr. R. for a hurt left foot and left thigh. The thigh pain was connected to back pain and we’ve dealt with that one before so boom! problem solved with Prednisone. The foot problem cause more of a quandry and I appreciated how Dr. R. took the time to figure it out. I had x-​rays and an exam. Turned out I needed a boot for a couple of weeks to mobilize it and calm the pain down. The nurse was very nice as she patiently showed me how to put the boot on and off without getting tied up in the velcro.
All in all it was another helpful visit to North Suburban Family PAs.

Dr. M. Schwartz should not work with women. She needs better bedside manner.

I have had thee most dreadful, violent cough for the past two weeks causing me to miss the second Unilocal event in row. Bummer for me!
I’m a fan of this place for many reasons:
— I was able to get an appointment last minute
— Staff is friendly at check in
— Hand Sanitizer readily available at all quadrants of the clinic
— They have the automatic check thing-​y so I didn’t have to fill it out. (Forgot the debit card today)
— MA’s, PA’s and I’m sure any other care giver ending in an A are all so nice.
–Has the Dr’s wait time posted and whether or not they are running behind
–Nice waiting area
–Decent magazines.
Dr. McKenzie is as nice as they come. She got me in and out, wrote out an RX and I was on my way.
If anyone is looking for a new clinic in Roseville, I would recommend North Suburban
