A bloody good Bloody Mary bar, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am — 3:00 pm, make this one of my favorite weekend spots for brunch. $ 4.50 gets you a tall glass with ice and garnish to fill up at the Bloody Mary Bar. There are so many options to choose from, spicy mixes, plain tomato juice, 15 different garnishes(olives, pickles, jalapeños, horseradish, etc.), and you can’t blame anyone but yourself if you’re drink isn’t good. The brunch menu is offered on weekends from 10:30 am — 2pm and includes French toast, steak and eggs, and other options all under $ 10. Skip the Parmesan Potatoes. They’re included with most of the breakfast orders, but plain fries would be better. When you’re done eating, you can head upstairs to play pool on one of the many tables, or head to the area with video games and shoot some«Big Bucks». Moose Country has specials every night of the week: Man Night Mondays($ 1 off tall taps and $ 12 man pizzas); Retro Night Wednesday features a steak dinner with fries and a salad for $ 10.80. Sunday Funday with all day drink specials and a chance to roll dice against the bartender to win a free shot. Bring your family, but get your kids about before 9PM when the restaurant is more of a club with music and dancing.

This place was full of disrespectful managers. I requested Bey(bow down) and was told to beat it. I am not sure how this place can find patrons when it has zero respect. It is my personal nightmare.

Our food was soggy and just plain gross. This place is sad. Only positive thing that I can write about Moose Country is our waitress was at least kind and genuinely looked like she felt bad and tried to help.

I really only come here for cocktails, and music. They have a pretty decent size dance floor and the crowds are usually good on Friday and Saturday nights for their dance parties. I’m not a dancer so I mostly belly up at the bar and watch my buddies crash and burn with women. Not a great beer menu but their Windsor Coke’s do the trick. Service can be an issue but Its usually loud and busy, I get it. I don’t like bloody mary’s but they do have a killer bloody bar on Sundays. Had some wings once and they were undercooked. Meh

This place has become a joke of a restaurant. With every chef change, the food quality declines. They seem to have quit making fresh cut fries and have regressed to using the frozen bagged variety. The last five times I’ve been there, they’ve always been bland and soggy. The Tijuana chicken sliders kept me coming back, but the fries are bad enough to keep me from returning. Probably the biggest knock on this place, is their beer selection. With the popularity of IPA’s, it boggles my mind that they rarely have any on tap. I feel I’m forced to choose from a watery beer, or booze. On the positive side, their blue cheese is still homemade and fantastic, the wings are still good.

Worst employees/management of any bar in the cities, stay away unless you want to be treated like complete S!$%

I gave this place 2 stars only because the drinks were decent and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Went there last night with my husband and his company for their annual Christmas party. Placed an order for a drink, was not carded, for all they know, I could have been underage, as I surely look it. The first drink that I wanted they could not make, which was a daiquiri. So I went for my backup drink, White Russian. It was a fair drink. I ordered a Bahama Mama for my second, it looked like a muddied sunset rather than a nice blend of tropical layers. The drink was a bit off as well in taste, it had too much pineapple in it. It seems like they are only able to make simple drinks, like Jack and Coke, or serve beer than cocktail drinks, even though they are listed on their specials. Ordered the Chef’s Nachos. By all means, these are not nachos, but merely fried or baked flour tortillas, which were burnt. The cheese wasn’t nacho cheese, but slightly melted cheese. I give credit though for the rest of the ingredients, which were fresh. I complained about the burnt«nachos» and a manager came out to see me and I ordered a hamburger, thinking they could not possibly mess it up. I requested that there be no pink in it, and getting 1⁄3 of the way through, it was raw meat that I was chewing on. I never felt so sick at that moment. I was done with this plate and no longer wanted to try anything else, I fearing that they don’t have the competence to cook anything correctly. I was not the only one in the party who was not satisfied. Being a fairly large group, you would think that our waitress would have paid more attention to us, as nearly everyone was drinking. It seemed at times she was more than happy to get us drinks, but if you wanted water or soda to sober up, forget about it. The place was packed, and I had expected that as there were multiple events taking place. However, I did not enjoy getting bumped into repeatedly by other patrons as they«danced» about drunkenly on the dance floor. One guy even dropped his drink on the dance floor, which to no avail did any staff member come to clean it up. God forbid if anyone was to slip and fall. The DJ seemed out of tune with the age of the crowd and played music that 20 somethings would scream over. Mind you that there is a fair range of all ages there. Sadly this was my first and it will be my last time there, as I did not enjoy the overall experience.

Delicious Pot Roast Sliders!!! Very flavorful buffalo wings! Very clean and nicely decorated environment. Excellent service by Christine! Our insanely cold beers were never empty and our table was always free of clutter — because Christine was so attentive. Came by before heading to the Joke Joint(which shares a parking lot). Also, warmly greeted at the door by Mel and Justin. Thanks to all the staff for contributing to great date night for my hubby and me! We’ll definitely be back!

Awful… we have been there twice in the past two months. The first evening was for the late night happy hour. The host and waitresses thought it would be better to talk amongst themselves than assist us. We left after being left alone for 10 minutes. Not one word ftom the host as we left. We tried a second time on a early happy hour and sat at the bar. The otohinsl bartender was helpful and polite. The second shift bartender was as cold as ice and couldnt be bothered by us non regulars. The bill was almost $ 30 for two domestic beers, two happy hour apps and a mixed drink. We wont be back.

Great rowdy bar with a ton of seating and menu options. They have a great patio and even started up a fire on the cool October evening I was there. Perfect! Moved into the bar area and the bartenders were entertaining and friendly. We had some cheeseburger sliders and tots. The Drunken Donuts are a must after you get your buzz on. Noise level can be high so you have to be in the mood for that type of evening.

I had to lower my rating. They’ve been hurt by the many things, but none worse than the years of having their son manage this place. He’s gone now so that’s good, but the damage has been done. Fewer people show up, the food has gone down hill and they’ve slashed their hours and they close the kitchen at 10pm now. They used to have some of the best spaghetti in town, but they changed the recipe and now it’s bland red meh on mushy pasta. They still have their Minnesota Wings which is good.

Extremely slow service. Even slower kitchen. When we raised a complaint about the food there was no offer for comp or to redo the dish. Instead the manager sent out 2 beers on the house. Which meant nothing to us cuz we didn’t want extra beers. We wanted our food done right! With the exception of a small patio with outdoor fireplace, this place isn’t worth the drive.

This place is just truly awful. Rude management, rude service, and warm beer. Save yourself some money and go buy a case of beer and order pizza instead.

Words cannot even begin to describe how unjustly we were treated at Moose Country, as such, I will not even try. I will just caution people against going to this bar as Moose Country is to fun as arsenic is to rats.

Great location full of fun and entertainment. Food and service are excellent. One of the best places to enjoy Happy Hour out on the patio in Lilydale.

Food was great but no substitutions for potatoes, they were gonna charge us extra, not to get Brussel Sprouts. Just wanted an extra scoop of potatoes and no sprouts. Ridiculous rule. Very customer unfriendly in that regard.

Wow — all the negative reviews sure don’t jive with our experience. We arrived on a cold winter night and were immediately greeted at the door. We were seated at a table within moments. Our server arrived right away to take drink orders and answer any menu questions we might have. We ordered one appetizer and it arrived within 10 minutes. Soft drinks were re-filled repeatedly during our visit. Our entrees arrived just as we finished our appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their food — some had salad, others sliders, and two had the nightly spaghetti & meatball special. We’ll keep going back…

Eight of us went to Moose Country last week for dinner. The original table they had reserved for us was, well, ‘original’. At the end was one booth next to which they placed a table for four. Whoever was getting back in that booth had best have good bladder control because it would take a lot of movement just to get out of there. Anyway, we saw a table out on the patio and decided to see if it was available which it was. The person who seated us said our server was new but we’d be good care of. We started with a drink order. There were 3 wine orders, one chardonnay, one sauvignon blanc and one cab. Soon after we had two reds and a white delivered instead of two whites and a red. OK the cab drinker tastes the two reds and selects one. The sauvignon drinker tasted the white and said this is just what the doctor ordered which left me with one red chardonnay. I mentioned that chard is white. Soon after I was delivered another red but the third time was a charm and I received a nice pour of a nice chardonnay. I think we may have received someone else’s salad orders. We received one salad that was ordered as the person’s meal,(none of us had), one salad with Italian dressing(none of us ordered that). And without going into detail after detail two more dressing orders that were incorrect. The food orders came out correctly except one person didn’t get the fries they ordered. Some of our group really like their choices and some were unimpressed. As usual we had asked that the bills be separated by couple. No one got a correct bill! We decided to just juggle what we had and come closest to what each couple had ordered. The manager did come over and asked how the night was. No one in our group feels comfortable complaining, but, we did say that we thought the server had been turned out a little before he/she was ready for primetime. A little training was all that would be required to make an excellent server. He said that in light of that he’d like to give us a couple free desserts — two warm cookies in little cast iron skillets topped with ice cream. Very yummy! I would go back again — the patio view was nice even if a bit cramped. The onion rings were quite tasty with a ranch dipping sauce and some of the meals were rated highly. But, really, when food is your business the wait staff needs to be trained before setting them out on their own. Did I mention the yummy dessert?
