I did this a bit ago as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Tolan’s for years. I have referred my daughters, many neighbors and friends to Dr. Tolan. He is thorough, skilled and excellent with communication and bedside manner. Everyone I have referred is completely satisfied and continues in his care! His staff is also excellent.

I am a nurse who scheduled and appointment for botox on my ONE DAY OFF and the doctor never even showed up. The nurse stated that he «just called» and was «running late» due to surgery. I asked her why everyone let me sit in the lobby and fill out paperwork and why I wasn’t told. She said he just called and would be about 20minutes late, BUT THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME!!! So meaning-​even though he hadn’t called-​she KNEW that he was behind already. Why on earth would he schedule surgeries on the same day as regular appointments knowing that he may almost ALWAYS be late? Only a fool would re-​schedule so this could happen again? NONE of these people value your time and feel that you are less than human, have nothing else to do, and will «like it or lump it.» Well-​I will never go there again-​the bathroom is a public bathroom in the hallway outside with other businesses and is dirty. In a nutshell, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE-​you will be grossly disappointed if you don’t. I cannot believe that these rude and careless people would do a good job anyway. It is unfortunate that I have to even give this place one star.
