When it comes to McDonalds, I have zero expectations. I drove through here at lunch time and was probably the 12th person in the drive through. There were some precarious people loitering around the front of the building so I thought was was out of luck. I was incredibly impressed. The food was hot, the line was fast, and the burger looked like it could have been in a commercial. I was very, very impressed. Fast service and the food was great.(As great as it can be for fast food.) I’ll definitely be back.

Reviewing McDonalds may not be the«in» thing, however, two of the worst McDonalds that I have EVER visited are located in the Twin Cities. This location is what I consider the worst of the worst for numerous reasons which I will outline. 1. LOCATION — The neighborhood is terrible and for some reason this store allows panhandler’s, drunks, etc. to simply stay In the store and out in the lot and harass customers. Parking lot is dirty, the store is also dirty as it is almost impossible to find a table that is clean to sit down. 2. SERVICE — The service is subpar and I would highly suggest that you stay away whenever they do a changeover from breakfast to lunch cause it is complete chaos. The ONLY bright spot would be that the employees are somewhat professional and friendly. 3. QUALITY — Typically get cold fries, terrible tasting coffee and for a fast food franchise, the standards usually are all over the place and can very from good to unacceptable. For the most part this store needs help and I would highly suggest that IF you need to have McDonald’s, go to the one closer to the U of M or Roseville.

PICKANOTHERLOCATION! This one is POORLY managed with lazy employees. It’s service with an attitude, to put it nicely. No hello or welcome, just a mumbled can I take your order and listening to them at the window is just as hard to understand. Asked for unsweet tea, got sweet tea. Small fries instead of medium, even though I paid for medium. As long as it took to fill my order(20 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo), I decided not to go inside to fix it. The napkins in my bag looked like they were in somebody’s pocket all balled together… yuck. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was BROWN and even though I picked it off, I had to hit the toilet 15 minutes after eating.

My family stopped at this McDonald’s to get a $ 0.69 ice cream cone. I am gluten intolerant so I asked that mine be placed in a cup rather than a cone. The cashier said they were not able to do that. They would have to ring it up as a Sundae. This is without having any added sauces or anything. All I wanted was the ice cream that would have gone in the cone in the cup so that it would not make me sick. Their customer service was ridiculous. We did get cones for the rest of the family. And my toddler needed a spoon, which we were unable to locate. All that we found was a long wooden stick. I will never give my business to this location again. If I could I would give them no stars.

Crappy everything. Go to any of the other dozen McDonald’s in the area for better everything

When I came here, I had to wait over ten minutes to get my food. The experience was not the most delightful one, but the managers were friendly. I wish the same could be said about the employees and the speediness. It doesn’t help that the neighborhood isn’t the best. This is not a delightful service that would make me want to come back when I’m in the area.

Rude. Every. time. I. go. there. they. mess. up. my. order.(Even when it’s NOT special). The only thing that’s nice is you get free food when they do. Maybe it’s my fault for my custom orders but the little people(cashiers) always tell me they can’t do things that they can. Like ordering things a la carte, unflavored milkshakes or unsalted fries. Which since I’ve worked at a Mcdonalds, these are all very VERY simple things to do.

It’s Mickey D’s. You want a delicious burger and some fries in 1 minute or less? Hit that 24-hour drive-through and stave off your hangover. I had an incorrect order once and they gave me a free meal the next time around, so way to go on customer service, too. My only question to McD’s in general: what’s with the one voice that starts your drive-through order, and then someone else finishing it? It’s creepy.
