1 Star is FAR TOO MANY! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
They do not know how to keep a schedule and never call ahead like they promise.

This company is so poorly operated that i had to take my time to find them on Unilocal to express my concerns. I ordered a couch thru
but decided to return it. Costco informed me that the freight company would give me a call soon. They called me and left a message, where i replied but they couldn’t find my pick up order. They insisted I called Costco again. I sent an email to the vendor CSR for Lifestyle Solutions which is the couch company. The next day or two the freight company finally calls me and someone on the line actually know what they are doing. So they try to schedule a pick up date and time with me with a window from 12pm to 4pm. The day of, I patiently waited at home and started getting nervous when it was around 3:30 pm and they haven’t arrived. Pass 4pm and i still receive no call or nothing. I called the company and they called the driver. The company tells me the driver said he was «tied up» in something and wasn’t able to pick it up and their next available pick up is in another week. This company has awful communication with vendors and with customers. Scheduling a pick up from this company has been the biggest headache with numerous amount of calls. They miss their appointments and do not have the courtesy to inform you.
Solutions needs to reevaluate their business relationship with this company and perhaps find another freight company to ship/​pick up for them.

Very few times have I had to give back to back 1 stars but it seems this months full of time wasting vendors. Rarely have I seen a company do so little communication amongst its own employees, make promises they cant keep, exhibit incompetence and just waste my time so egregiously. Manna, you’ve had my stuff for a month now, you cant get your delivery agents to show up properly and you just have poor relationships with your vendors. Im through wasting my time talking to countless people and still not see my purchase. you can send it back to where it came because Im no longer interested in dealing with you
