NEVER HOT & READY… They told me there would be a 45 minuet wait (not the first time). The employees were all yelling at each other and very rude. This place needs better management and better employees!

Worst customer service EVER! I pre-​ordered because I needed 4 pizzas for a birthday party. Not only were they more than 20 minutes behind schedule when my husband went to pick them up, but when he questioned why they weren’t ready the woman’s response was, «Do you want your pizzas or not?» She must not have heard my husband say «yeah» because she asked again, louder and ruder, and when he said, «not if you’re going to be so rude about it.» She told him «Get the f**k out of my store!» Seriously, I can’t make this stuff up. He asked for a manager, she told him she is the manager. I’m filing complaints with corporate and I won’t be back until I know she has been fired. I might even be willing to upgrade my review if the company fires her, although not by much because with or without this woman, this location almost never has pizza hot and ready as promised. But that woman is the straw that breaks the camel’s back. I’ve seen her before being rude to other customers. This is not a one-​time incident. I was left scrambling to feed 8 girls with only 20 minutes left before their parents picked them up (and of course I had promised pizza dinner.) Definitely put a damper on the end of an otherwise awesome birthday party.

Worst service I had would have been Better off to order one and wait at home. To wait 30min for a pizza that says hot and ready is sad. Workers suck nobody knows what is going on. That was my last trip there !!!
