I usually hate leaving reviews for people who do work for me because everyone can see how awesome they are and then they won’t have time for me anymore. But the crew at Krinkie’s asked me to (more than once), so I decided to help them out.
As a professional property manager, it is important to have contractors who understand that timeliness and friendly service are extremely important characteristics when it comes to repairs for your tenants. I’ve had them install new boilers in 2 or 3 days from the first call and keep the house warm with space heaters while they waited. I’ve had them show up on the same day that I called them just to help fix something that broke. Even better? I’ve had them tell me that something I asked them to fix wasn’t going to be worth the money. The broken part was just a symptom of a bigger problem. I’ve used them for over a decade and I will continue to do so for as long as I can!

Great company to work with. Joe At Krinkie’s did a lot of work in my old 1930s Tudor. Found several gas leaks and fixed, installed new venting for a relocated clothes dryer. Responsive, thorough and informative every step of the way.

I was scheduled to have my nest thermo installed tomorrow but they came one day earlier AND installed it in only 30 minutes after being quoted one hour. Very pleased and Joe was extremely nice and kind to have do the work.

I came home from vacation to the air conditioner not blowing cold air. They came in an hour so that was great. The service guy was great. DOWN SIDE other than he continually tried to get me to buy a monthly service plan he put in more coolant with dye to find the leak and replaced a bicycle type of plug outside. Charged me $ 743. I could have gotten a whole new system or TWO for that! BEWARE they know where they have you and WILL take advantage! I’m a single mom on a budget so VERY disappointed and will never call again. My mechanic friends said I totally got screwed without getting dinner first.
