I have had such a poor experience here, I will be switching to a different eye doctor next year. I only switched here from my previous eye doctor because the location and the hours were more convenient. THe communication here is extremely poor, and even with the VSP plan (which is new to me this year), I ended up paying 50% more then I didn’t completely out of pocket at my previous doctor. I was miss-​quoted prices verbally, only to be surprised at my next visit Last time I was in, I was told I was paying in full, only to receive a bill in the mail 2 months later asking for an additional $ 60 and that I was late on my payment!!! My chart was misplaced, I was called by the wrong name, had an unnecessary test repeated, and had my call ignored twice. All of their prices are very marked up. (1 – 800 contact costs me $ 50 and previous eye doctor was $ 90 for a year supply, here it was $ 160+ $ 105 contact lens fitting. That’s $ 265 just for the contacts. Yikes). Don’t go here at all costs.
