I work right around the corner and we order sandwiches many times a week. I placed an online order at 4:55PM and by 5:35 my sandwich had still not arrived. I called to find out what was going on and the manager was extremely rude. I even told him that they should not advertise being fast when it’s taking over 40 mjnutes. He tried telling me is was 20 to 30 and I couldn’t really tell time. I told him that I thouht he was being rude and his service was poor. He said«Oh well, its not my problem». I asked him what he would do to allieviate the situation and he wouldn’t do anything. I prepaid for my sandwich with a credit card and am still waiting. It’s rather unfortunate because I always liked Jimmy Johns, but I’m not going to give someone my business who’s nasty to me.

These people simply take care of business. Fresh ingredients, cool staff, and service every bit as quick as they claim.

Although I really love Jimmy Johns,(and when I say love, I mean LOVE!!) But your store is a mile and a half from my place of employment,(The VA hospital on Veterans drive) and you don’t deliver here! This place would be a gold mine for the Jimmy Johns franchise! So therefore, you can go on and miss an opportunity to sell thousand’s every month in one location itself!

Used to live two and a half blocks from this location. One cold, winter night the guy ran it to my old house because his car wouldn’t start. Tip? Uh huh.

After 40 minutes waiting for my delivery I called to check on it. I was told the driver left 25 minutes ago and would be there any second. After an hour and five minutes I called again. They claimed my phone number did not work. After the phone call ended they called me back to ask if I still wanted a sandwich delivered. SOCLEARLYMYPHONEWORKEDJUSTFINE. No, I do not want to do any business with this JJ ever again.

I love JJ’s. This one has freaky slow delivery and never estimate delivery times. The food is still great and dine in/carry out orders are smooth.

There’s something to be said about any sandwich shop that is open as early/late as Jimmy Johns is. And my experience at this one has always been a happy one! The people that work here actually wear gloves(which is a nice change over the one I went to in Minneapolis). Another thing I really like about this location is that they actually give you what you want in a sandwich! When you order it they don’t skimp on the toppings which is generally what happens at Jimmy Johns. It’s clean, it’s freaky fast, and it’s freaky delicious! What’s not to love about it?

If anyone needs Unilocal to help them decide about going to JJ, they clearly have just been released from prison, climbed out from under the rock, or have suffered some sort of brain injury. Regardless, this review won’t help. Instead, it will discuss the encounter I had at this location today, that I found HILARIOUS. I stopped in after hitting the gym. So naturally, I’m a bit sweaty, but I by no means, appeared as though I just came in from a downpour. The conversation with the clerk ensued as follows: Him: Howdy dudey! Me: Well hey! Him: How are you? Me: Awesome! Yourself? Him: Good. Did you just workout? Me: I did. Him: Didn’t think to shower before gracing us with your presence? Me: Can I speak to your manager… I win. Nobody fights me with sarcasm. Love this clerk. Going back for round 2, next week. Just hope he’s working, and that I have just worked out.

They have always given me excellent service at this location. I love that they seem to always be open. It’s always fun to come in after midnight and watch the drunkies stumble in for sandwich fixes. Service is very quick; however, the space to eat your sandwich in is limited. They used to have a row of booths and some high-top tables, but that last time I was in there they had gotten rid of the booths. I’m not sure if they are in the middle of remodeling or if this is the new setup.

The Highland location of JJ’s is small. Really small. Don’t plan on eating in here without someone sticking a body part of some kind in your face every 30 seconds or so. The usual bunch of suburban-type high school kids slap together your sammishes here with the usual enthusiasm.
