Innsbruck Jewelers

I don’t write reviews unless a company is so blatantly inept or corrupt. I do use Unilocal to research companies as they seem to be the best site for unbiased reviews. I never write a review about great service because I naturally expect great service. But this review is warranted.
I stopped by Innsbruck Jewelers looking for a gift for my special someone. I was totally caught off-​guard with the experience. My past experience with jewelry stores has been disappointing for a number of reasons such as the staffing in terms of knowledge, honesty, up-​selling etc.
These people at Innsbruck are pleasant, intelligent, incredibly honest and most notably not high-​pressure salespeople. They made the whole experience enjoyable. I left there feeling good about the purchase and I left there feeling good about myself. How did they do that?
There, my first positive review. Sometimes things are just that good.

We went here to get three rings replated with rhodium (which apparently has to happen from time to time). They finished all three within fifteen minutes for half the price they estimated (they said they didn’t need much plating) and they buffed out some scratches that were present after an earlier repair so they looked like new. A very pleasant experience vs. going to one of the «always fifty percent off» chains (which always makes me grouchy) or vs. either of the the non-​chain places we used to go to that were apparently purchased by Satan (based on the way their customer service declined – in one case, one was passed down to the children of the original owner and they seemed. .. less focused on service and more focused on vacuuming out their customers’ wallets).
It’s clear Innsbruck is interested in their customers and is interested in giving value for the dollar. Plus, while we were there a steady stream of local people were coming and going, and they looked happy.

This is an amazing jewelry store! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The customer service is out of this world! They sized my ring while I waited and it did not take long at all. I especially like the pieces they have b/​c they are creative; I think the staff even makes some of the pieces. I like going there because I feel comfortable and NO pressure to buy. I can ask all of my questions and have fun looking around. I really don’t buy from anyone else b/​c they’ve had the best service and prices over the years.
