Highland Nine Golf Course

Decent course, with big mature trees often causing trouble :) Especially if you are riding a cart the course is rather confusing to maneuver as the course isn’t very well marked indicating where the next tee is etc. The main reason I’m giving two stars is cause the staff in the clubhouse was not enjoyable to do business with. We were suppose to be playing twilight, however when we came around to tee 1 the second time there was a lineup. When we went in the clubhouse to inquire about the twilight rules the worker presented the fact that we wanted to play more a bit inconvenience first telling us to have the cart in by sunset, but then quickly changed it to 20 minutes earlier as he said «he wanted to go home as he had been there for 9 hours». Definitely leaves a sour taste in our mouth…

Lovely course. With trees constantly in play, you have to be straight. The course uses natural contours and has no tricked up holes.
Thoroughly enjoyable and will be my ‘go to’ course this year!
Beautiful scenery.

Had a fun round here over the holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze us in a tee time, and it wasn’t crazy expensive either. Fee was just above $ 20, with rentals our bill came to just below $ 60 for 2.
The course is nicely organized with good level of challenge. No frills, no pretention, which is nice. I was not having a good golf day, and I didn’t get derided by other golfers. The course was decently kept. Jim hit it on the head when he said «good value.» Great place to go have an afternoon.

great when you don’t want to spend all day at the course… or can spend all day. (2 year old at home) Good no frills course. This year is a tough review as it is so dry outside. hard to keep up the greenery. I thought it was well worth the time, though.

Fun course for a quick 9. Has some interesting holes and will having you use most of the clubs in your bag. Good value.
