I give this restaurant two stars. I think that is a fair rating. Two out of five stars.

My first impression after walking in? «WTF?» Two employees working, I had to get ones attention to get a reaction. Ordered the Hot Turkey Club, saw the lady reach in and grab a pre-made sandwich and put it in the oven. She moves like a Troll that was stunned in Azeroth. Just a horrible disposition. Got the club and it was super hot and not bad actually. I am still sitting here and after watching these two employees reactions to new customers, I had to write a review. Again, they ignore the couple standing at the counter and finally they walk over to the grey haired guy«working» and he motions them over to the old lady, but she has wandered off to the Northsore News rack. she slowly makes her way back and then she points to the grey haired guy for them to be served by him. They end up grabbing some salads… Wow, just completely oblivious to their customers and not a smile anywhere to be found. Misery loves company, must be why they«work» in pairs. Food wasn’t a problem, but the lack of customer service is ridiculous. Who runs this joint? I don’t expect a long winded conversation from employees but a smile and«How are you doing, what can I get for you today?» goes a long way.

Terrible service. Crabby and rude employees. Awful experience. I have nothing more to say but Unilocal is saying my review is too short so I guess I will add a little old fashioned filler. So, yea, avoid.

Way to blast the music at 4:30 am. Can’t hear the boarding information. Then get a dirty look after I asked if they could turn it down.

I got the BLT based on another Unilocalers good rating and it was good! Look it’s not gourmet but you are in an airport so keep things in perspective. I would buy it again

Flatbread! BLT flatbread is ALL you need to know. This was the first decent looking place we saw during layover. This airport, we later learned, has many fabulous offerings and is my favorite airport to experience a layover in to date. So, back to the flatbread! I looked over the menu and the gentleman behind the bar suggested it, I almost got the sandwhich, but when I saw the fresh dough as it was being laced with yummy toppings I stopped dead in my tracks and switched my order to the BLT flatbread. It came out quicky, within 5 – 8 mins. I ate it even quicker. The flatbread was a serious 5⁄5 Thin crispy crust with loads of mozarella, ROASTED tomatoes, Basil and Bacon. I dumped tons of red chilli flake and I was just in heavan. The service was also 5⁄5 Very warm people with nice conversation.

Good for the E concourse. Beer and can see the gate. Bar tenders are friendly. Minimal for selection or food.

One of my «must-stops» before leaving Minnesota… I love, love, love the Turkey Cherry pasta salad(or whatever it’s called). It’s not a «typical» D’Amico café — — obviously smaller since it’s in an airport. So unfortunately they don’t have the sandwich combo thingy that they have in other locations. And overall selections are limited… but they have my favorite D’Amico’s item(the Turkey Cherry pasta salad thingy). And that makes me happy! All the way down at the end of the E Terminal.

I fly American Airlines often and this is the only sit-down place at the end of the terminal. Sandwich options are good and they are tasty. Service is spotty. They have some good bartenders and at least one jerk. Luck of the draw I guess or he was having a bad day.

D’Amico is all the way at the end of Concourse E on the left hand side. Had breakfast here Friday morning — a sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin sandwich, and a bottle of water. It looked like the components of the sandwich were pre-made, then heated up. Was not bad as breakfast sandwiches go — just ok. I set up shop for a bit with my MacBook Pro here — but for some reason — the temp in here was hot. I decided to relocate elsewhere in the Terminal where it was cooler.
