This location is simply mediocre at best. They have a LOT of employee turnover, so few associates really know what is going on. They never seem to know what is going on with perks or what the Caribou headquarters has for deals — example: none of them knew that perks members could get holiday drinks early, therefore, wouldn’t sell me one.
