Bethlehem Lutheran In-the-Midway

One of the few religious entities that does good when not bamboozling grandma into giving up her pension in the name of God.
Since I don’t go to Church, Open Hands Midway is mainly what this review is based on. A non-​profit program that is geared towards the needy and the poor in the Midway area. The Church offers a free meal and donated clothes every Monday 12pm-​2pm. They also offer other educational programs geared towards the youth and young adults.
Although they can use volunteers to sort the meals on Saturdays and Sundays, they rarely need any volunteers during Monday’s 12−2pm. What they really need though are donations like, clothes, shoes, household items, blankets, and food for their emergency food shelf.
