Really bad service and not very good food on a night that wasn’t even busy. This Applebee’s needs to get its act together and rehire or it will go out of business soon! I suggest passing if there is any other options available.

Probably the worst location I’ve ever been too. I can’t count the number of times the food has been bad. Service poor. I blame myself do going back after a few bad experiences but I thought maybe they would get there stuff together. Pass on this location.

I don’t know why, because every time I come here I hope that it’s going to be better than my last visit. Been here a total of four times, and each time it get worse. If it not for the awkward waiting by the door until someone greets you, its the poorly cooked onions rings, then its the waiteresses who are more interested in flirting with the guys in the bar area.

Hostess was indifferent to the point of being rude, older female server was brusque at best. We arrived at 4pm. It wasn’t busy but we waited 15 mins for our server to show up. Empty waters were not refilled, food took forever to arrive and server tapped me on the back to check to see if everything was good as she raced by our booth. We won’t bother with this location again.

Went there a few months ago. Ordered a few dishes on what’s new menu and kept back telling us its out of stock. Even an onion soup out of bread. Then promised a free dessert and never happened. Waitress was not very nice neither. h

You get what you pay for. We ended up here because all of the good Woodbury spots were too busy. The service was marginal and the food was horrible. We did order steaks… I know, questionable but we did not think they could ruin sirloin so badly. Our compensation when we complained? A dessert. Really? You want to appease me with more bad food? The screaming kids and unbused tables were a lovely bonus. Thanks for nothing.

Been here twice — had the same waitress who screwed up orders both times. If we have any desire to go to Applebee’s in the future — we’ll try another location.

Very good waitress. Terrible food. Both of our orders were messed up badly. Food ingredients were stale and unedible. Didn’t charge us for one meal that was really bad. Said the chef was new. Have had similar experience at the Stillwater location. After 4 bad experience’ at these 2 locations, I’ve given up on Applebee’s
