Dairy Queen

Great service! We ordered 6 burgers, 2 onion rings, basket of fries and we didn’t have to wait long.

we ordered a few cheese burgers, a pail of fries, and 2 servings of onion rings. Plus the manager Dan is very helpful. Service is excellent and the food is great. Compliment to the cook Douglas. He is very fast and knows what his doing.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen in the country! The past 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes after I’ve ordered. The manager, Ben was very rude and it seemed like it was his first day at work! He worked very slow on the computer like he couldn’t find what I ordered, made me repeat my order 3 times. He didn’t offer a receipt. He picked up my table number along with 4 others and put them back on the stack and I asked if Still needed my number because I haven’t got my good yet and he picked up a handful of them and threw them on the counter and stared me down and walked away. AWhile I was waiting for 10+ minutes to get 2 chicken baskets, I noticed the machines were extremely filthy and crap all over them! Once I got my food I took a couple steps and realized they didn’t remember my blizzard and float that I ordered, I had to go back and tell them they forgot. 2 elderly folks waiting in line behind me watch the whole thing and they said the manager Ben was extremely rude and they always noticed the filthiness and they walked out of the store! This Dairy Queen is absolutely terrible!!! They need an entire culture change and a new attitude at this place!
